Seller identity

This website is operated by Better Body Lab Ltd, a UK sole trader trading as Better Body Lab. Contact: hello@betterbodylab.co.uk.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. If you are ordering research peptides, you must additionally be a qualified researcher (or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution). By placing an order you confirm that these conditions apply to you.

2. Product use

Supplements are food supplements and must be used in line with the directions on the label. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Skincare products are for external cosmetic use only and should be used in line with the directions on the label. Patch-test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Research peptides are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicines, supplements, food, cosmetics or veterinary products and must not be administered to humans or animals. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payment is by UK bank transfer only — after placing an order you will receive our bank details and a unique payment reference to quote on your transfer. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping page for current rates, available destinations and delivery estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds & the right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, certain goods are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel, including goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, and goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

Our supplements, skincare and research peptides are all supplied in sealed, hygienic packaging. For that reason, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched, and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except where the product is materially defective or incorrectly supplied. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@betterbodylab.co.uk.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Better Body Lab Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

All content on this website (text, images, logos, brand marks) is the property of Better Body Lab Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
