Yes. Every batch is tested for purity and identity. A certificate of analysis is included on each product page where applicable, and additional documentation can be requested by email.

Supplements and skincare are proven wellness products designed for everyday use. Research peptides are specialist compounds used in laboratory research to study biological processes. They are the most advanced category in our range and are sold only for research purposes.

Some skincare and supplement formulations may contain peptides as functional ingredients, but these are cosmetic or nutritional products, not research peptides. Our research peptide products are listed separately and are strictly for laboratory use.

Supplements and skincare should be stored as directed on their individual labels. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) research peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the period recommended for that specific peptide.

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids manufactured for in-vitro laboratory and scientific study. All peptide products sold by Better Body Lab are intended exclusively for research use and are not approved for human or animal consumption.

Typically with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline, in a quantity appropriate to the research protocol. Reconstitution is the responsibility of the researcher and is not advised by Better Body Lab.

Our peptide products are sold for the sole purpose of in-vitro testing and laboratory experimentation by qualified researchers. They are not intended for use in humans, food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, agriculture, or commercial applications.

Payment is by UK bank transfer only. Once you place an order we email you our bank details and a unique payment reference. Open your own banking app or online banking to make the transfer, quoting the reference so we can match it to your order. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. We do not accept card payments.

Currently we dispatch within the United Kingdom only, with next-day tracked delivery for orders placed before 2pm. We may expand to the EU in future — sign up to the newsletter for updates.

Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day for next-day arrival. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day.

All vials are shipped in discreet, temperature-protective packaging with no external indication of contents.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been dispatched. If there is a fault with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
